Bacteria in water and probably Methane gas and Hydrogen sulfate for there are dry wells giving it off. Polluted water, no water if dry seasons, and I can't get nothing done? I feel DEP,OSM, WPCAMR should be responsible or the mines that did this while operating. You allow for clean streams, acid drainage, clean up abandoned mines but can't allow for a farm and 4 properties finished for the rest of its life due to mines taking water and problem from 1981 to present.
